High-speed robotic handling of bare products

Loading thermoformers

2 Scaras robots fitted with special cupping grippers use tracking technology to locate and pick fresh cheeses on a conveyor belt and deposit them on a thermoformer.

A camera provides product control and guides the robot.

High-speed robotic handling of processed products

Loading box trays

The robotic cell puts loose products into order and then manipulates them using grippers or a suction cup to make up the trays. It handles both fresh and frozen products. Tray destackers are available on option.

Output: 288 splines/minute

Robotic handling of bare products

Loading cartoner machines

A delta robot simultaneously manipulates several products for loading into a high-speed bagging machine. The products are stored mechanically prior to robotic handling. The robot’s indexed tracking functions enable very high output rates with a single robot.

These packaging techniques are compact and economical.

Output: 320 breads/minute

Tunnel kiln service

Change of baking tray sets according to production with dynamic conveyors associated with the cell to store unused trays.

Output: 154 plates/minute

Robotic handling of processed products

Complete automated line for the preparation of stuffed tomatoes

It successively cuts the tomatoes, hollows out, fills them and then places the cap.

Output: 120 tomatoes/minute
