In order to facilitate the completion of your industrial vision, GEBE2 has several robotic test cells equipped with demonstration equipment to conduct your feasibility and specific test programs.
The test centre is:
Following on from the creation of the test platform, GEBE2 also offers a qualified R&D/Feasibility team that will help you define and carry out the test program, and then ensure project follow-up and the production of deliverables (report, videos, photos, etc.).
In this way, we share with you our expertise in abrasives, cutting tools, equipment benchmarking (robots, compliances, electro-pins, etc.) in order to provide the best answer to the application of processes on your parts.
In addition, certain processes require the design and development of specific effectors for which we offer our services in design, production and prototyping.
Depending on your needs, the solution can also be based on shared R&D programs or link up with Research Centers.
Depending on the configuration, this demonstrator can hold parts up to 7 meters in length or 3 meters in diameter. The whole is contained in a closed area that guarantees project confidentiality.
To meet the need for smaller parts, we have an extra robotic cell used for testing with a robot linked to a turntable. GEBE2 also provides its customers with its 3 ranges of robotic effectors for quick and easy drilling, machining and sanding tests.
In order to achieve the best result right from the research phase, our teams create optimized robot trajectories directly from the offline programming software (OLP) tool. This integration makes it easier to modify robot trajectories during test phases.
In order to meet ever-increasing industry demands for the use of collaborative robots (human/robot work), our robotic test platform now includes a model boasting individual axis sensitivity that means it can be used with no need for the installation of a safe zone.
The development of robotic processes requires expertise in the design of effectors tailored to each challenge.
GEBE2, based on our experience in robotics, develops effectors tailored to each process, taking into account the limits of robots (trajectory, deformation, etc.). Thus we have robotised processes such as grinding, micro drilling, fitting of inserts and tapping processes.
