GEBE2 offers robotic machining and trimming solutions based on the use of 6-axis polyarticulated robots, motor spindles with or without liquid cooling, radio or wire probes, automatic tool change, standard machining software and mobile robots capable of extending their work envelope.
This process removes burrs formed during machining, injection or molding for reasons of safety, esthetics, or as required for the next manufacturing process. It also creates chamfers or rounded edges that improve the fatigue strength of certain parts.
GEBE2 has developed a robotic metal sanding solution that reproduces the operator’s gestures and sensitivity. It improves the surface finish of a metallic part by eliminating geometrical defects and change its roughness value.
