GEBE2 adds to its range of sanding robotic system a new high-power end-effector. Designed to respond to technical and productivy issues, more and more challenging in the industry, the high-performance, 900W, orbital sander pushes back the limits of performance and finishing.

For many years, GEBE2 implements robotized deburring and chamfering solutions. The equipment, that we develop, goes from material removal until result measure. They reproduce the gestural and sensitivity of human with abrasive or cutting tools, as well as quality and repeatability, manually impossible to reach.

To complete our range of sanding systems, GEBE2 now supplies a collaborative sanding robot based on the cobot ISYBOT. This new robot provides a solution in case of low production rate and large variety of parts. It is also the response to musculoskeletal disorder problems increasingly observed in production workshops.

Trimming is nowadays a very widespread operation in the production of parts. Precision requirements, production rates, as well as the complexity and geometry of parts require automation of this process. In order to improve the surface appearance of shaped parts post-machining, GEBE2 has developped and mixed both polishing (minimizing surface roughness) and sanding (uniform visual aspect) processes in one robotic cell.
