Robotic inserts installation is an assembly operation which has many advantages.
First of all, it is possible to increasingly automate the installation of inserts; today this operation remains marginal because of the investments necessary.

GEBE2 provides a robotic cell for potted-in insert from preparation to installation of the inserts, with a simplified installation process using the SECAMnida® from SECAM.
Our robotic inserts installation effector carries out the drilling and crimping operations of the insert, the placement of the adhesive and optionally includes the orbital drilling.
